What is included in every visit

Mow, catch and edge, every time. The lawn is cut at a height that suits the grass type rather than scalped to make the next visit easier. Edges are cut sharp along paths, driveways and garden beds — the single thing that makes the difference between a lawn that has been cut and a lawn that looks looked after. Paths and drives are blown clean, and the clippings go on the trailer and leave with us.

Holiday homes and absentee owners

A lot of Peninsula properties are not lived in full time, and an empty house with knee-high grass advertises the fact. We maintain holiday homes across Mornington, Mount Martha and Mount Eliza on standing schedules, keeping the place presentable between visits from the owners. One-off cuts and overgrown lawns

If the lawn has been left for months, the first cut is a different job to a regular mow — often two passes, sometimes a slasher first, and always a lot more waste to take away. We quote that separately and honestly. Once it is back under control, the ongoing cost drops to a normal round.
